Salt Lake City Prayasam does not sell any products or services. All contributions made are treated as donations towards our community development initiatives. However, we understand that errors may occur while making donations.
If a donor wishes to request a refund, the following conditions will apply:
Time Frame for Refund Request
A refund request must be made within 48 hours of the donation.
Any request made after 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund.
Process of Refund
Donors must send a written refund request by email to admin@prayasam.org within the stipulated time.
Salt Lake City Prayasam will review the request and initiate the refund process.
The refund will be credited to the donor’s original mode of payment within 72 working hours from approval.
Deductions
Please note that Cashfree, our third-party payment partner, may deduct transaction or platform charges.
Therefore, the refund amount will be the net amount actually received by Salt Lake City Prayasam after such deductions.
Cancellation Policy
Donations cannot be canceled once processed. Refunds will only be issued under the above-mentioned conditions.
Salt Lake City Prayasam does not sell or ship products. Donations are directly utilized for our projects and programs across India.
Updates or communication related to specific donation campaigns (if applicable) will be shared with the donor within 3–4 business days or as per the project requirements.
